Inspire Youth Debate would like to introduce our 2 Heads as part of our core team! First, we welcome Apolline Dubois Nguyen as the Head of Middle School Training, and second, we have Minh Khoi (Thomas) as the Head of Content. With their help, we have been able to spread knowledge on debate but more specifically, Public Forum debate, to hundreds of youth across Vietnam, so we are truly honored to have them as part of our team!

Main Achievements:
co-author and editor of a to-be-published fantasy fiction novella (2023)
Valedictorian (2022)
Top 1 Recipient and Highest Average for Vietnamese Literature Subject Award at the Canadian International School (CIS) (2022)
Experience with many Global Issues Network (GIN) Clubs (Anti-Human Trafficking, Anti-Bullying projects) and organizations on and off campus
Winner of Chain Storytelling at the Saigon Literary Arts Festival
competed in various writing competitions throughout the course of high school
Debate achievements:
– Won the Middle School NSDA Vietnam Qualifier debate tournament in 2022
– Made it to quarterfinals for the SSIS Fall Invitational debate tournament in the High school Novice division in 2023
– Participated in numerous offline and online debate tournaments
Extracurricular achievements:
– Earned Black belt in taekwondo
– Made it to the top 5 percent of the Pivotal Essay contest in 2023 (https://www.ssis.edu.vn/…/ethical-exploration-apollines…)
– Has been playing tennis for 5 years and is currently enrolled in the SSIS girls varsity team!
– Speaks 4 languages (learning Chinese)
– Is passionate about writing, playing chess (occasionally), playing music, and much more!
