Over the past few months, we are so delighted to have received a large number of registrations from middle school students across 6 different cities and provinces of Vietnam. Youth Voice debate camp 2023 has officially kicked off last weekend!
For the past few days of the camp, everyone was introduced to the Public Forum Debate format as well as taught how to research effectively and create debate cards. Moreover, the mentors in the camp hosted sessions on how to construct and defend arguments. On the 4th and 5th day of the camp, all participants got the chance to engage in a heated debate with each other and also witnessed a live debate between the mentors. Numerous practice and interactive activities were also organized to help campers apply the knowledge they have learned and to allow everyone to get to know one another. Inspire Youth Debate hopes that the Youth Voice debate camp would be a meaningful and exciting experience for everyone!
